Job summary

GSAFETY TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Technical Project Manager to own end-to-end planning, delivery of Day 1 cloud migration and Day 2 BAU operations.

You will lead cross-functional engineering and maintenance teams, manage client relationships from pre-sales through service handover, and oversee contract administration and system delivery. The role covers delivery governance, system deployment, and service improvement, with a focus on Azure to Nutanix migration and operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 7–10 years of experience in IT service delivery, managed services, cloud infrastructure, network security implementations, or modern workplace operations.

Responsibilities

• Day 1: Project Management, Service Delivery & System Implementation, including network security systems and cloud migration architectures.
• Day 2: BAU Operations, Support & Maintenance Management, including health checks, monitoring, incident investigation, and SLA governance.
• Transition, Change Management & Continuous Improvement: operational readiness and service improvement initiatives.
• Stakeholder, Partner & Team Leadership: single point of contact for client queries and cross-functional alignment.
