Our client is a leading global multinational with a significant regional technology footprint in Singapore. They are currently seeking a .NET Technical Lead to spearhead the delivery of a large-scale, complex .NET implementation project across the region.
- Collaborate with System Analysts to understand and analyze user, business, and system functional requirements, translating them into clear delivery objectives.
- Perform risk assessments to evaluate current vs. future-state processes, identifying technical constraints and limitations in proposed solutions.
- Design robust technical solutions aligned with the Functional Specification Document.
- Develop and implement solutions based on Technical Specifications, including thorough unit testing to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Conduct code reviews for junior developers and external vendors to maintain coding standards and best practices.
- Prepare and review documentation related to system releases and deployments.
- Support system testing activities, ensuring timely resolution of reported issues.
- Assist in integration testing and user acceptance testing phases.
- Provide incident support by diagnosing and resolving technical issues, including root cause analysis.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication and timely issue resolution.
- Escalate challenges and unresolved issues promptly to the Team Lead or Team Head.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in software development using .NET technologies, with strong proficiency in C#.NET.
- Prior experience in banking or financial institutions is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in deploying and maintaining cloud‑native .NET applications on Microsoft Azure.
- Hands‑on expertise in Azure Functions, Azure messaging services, and related compute resources.
- Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.
- Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
- Proactive, self‑driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
- High level of accountability, ownership, and commitment to delivery excellence.
