Job description

Job Description:

• Deeply involved in activities of optical tester development and production, response to company product project management, formulate a project plan, execute and track management.
• To lead the product program and project feasibility and reliability analysis review.
• To bridge internal and external communication, collect the overall project needs, feedback on the stage results timely and allocate tasks reasonably.
• To coordinate various cooperating departments to ensure the execution of the project runs smoothly, and be responsible for project cost management and project plan optimization.
• To collaborate and solve the technical and quality problems of certification in the design and prototype manufacturing stage.
• Responsible for collecting customer needs and allocating tasks reasonably, negotiating with customers when necessary and predicting unreasonable customer needs and communicating to solve them.
• To report regularly and maintain effective interaction with the customer, internal teams and management.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in Optical, Electronics, Mechanical, Software and Automation.
• Open to fresh graduates without working experience
• Strong communication and coordination skills and the ability and experience to respond quickly and respond to sudden abnormalities.
• Willing to oversea business trip when required
