• Develop a thorough understanding of our complete range of products.
• Responsible for preparing quotations and proposals according to customers' requirements.
• Plan sales visits and customer calls.
• Service existing clients and proactively identify and develop new customers and markets.
• Conduct product training and presentation to customers.
• Follow up on sales leads, sales orders, and deliveries.
• Provide application/product support to customers and internal sales team.
• Provide post-sale and pre-sale application and sales support by analyzing and recommending solutions to meet customer’s needs.
• Demonstrate the usefulness of the product to potential customers.

Technical / Product Sales Engineer

Salary: $2,200 - $3,500 + Transport allowance, bonus/commission

Working Days: 5 Days

Working hours : 9am - 6pm

Office Location: Bukit Batok

Job Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of our complete range of product
• Responsible for preparing quotations, proposal according to customers' requirements
• Plan sales visits, customer calls
• Service existing clients and proactively identify and develop new customers and markets
• Conduct product training and presentation to customers

• Using technical skills to demonstrate to potential customers the usefulness of the product and how it may suit the customer better than competing products.
