A growing AI product firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Presales Engineer to shape its presence in the region. The role involves collaborating with customers to drive technical success through solution demos and proof-of-concepts. You will need a strong technical background and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience and be based in Singapore, holding citizenship or permanent residency.

We’re looking for an experienced Presales Engineer / Technical Sales Engineer to join our new APAC team in Singapore. This is a unique opportunity to shape Sand’s presence in the region and work across multiple industries.
You’ll partner with customers to identify opportunities, drive technical success through proof‑of‑concepts (PoCs), solution demos, and consultative engagement, and act as the technical bridge between our sales, product, and engineering teams. We’re looking for someone who is approachable and can converse with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, and someone who also has strong technical skills.
Experience in prototyping and building in Replit is highly desirable. We want a generalist who can quickly adapt to different industries and apply lessons learned across Healthcare, Water, Telecom, Energy, and Smart City initiatives.

Due to the considerable amount of virtual work and interaction with colleagues and customers in different physical locations internationally, it is essential that the successful applicant has the drive and ethic to succeed in working in small teams physically but in larger efforts virtually. Self‑drive to communicate constantly using web collaboration and video conferencing is essential.
