Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Technical Operator to support daily operations of large-scale technical systems in a attractions environment. The role offers hands-on training and structured career progression for fresh graduates.

You will be involved in inspections, fault identification, corrective actions, and coordination with operations teams. A safety-conscious mindset and willingness to rotate shifts, including weekends and holidays, are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC or Higher NITEC in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Candidates with relevant technical operations or maintenance experience will have an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and support the daily operations of technical equipment and attractions while ensuring compliance with safety procedures.
• Perform pre-operation inspections, identify faults, investigate breakdowns, and carry out corrective actions.
• Support and guide the technical operations team during daily start-up and operational activities.
• Assign daily work, monitor adherence to workplace safety practices, and maintain accurate operational and maintenance records.
• Carry out preventive maintenance, including lubrication, greasing, cleaning, calibration, adjustments, and equipment servicing.
• Coordinate with operational teams to ensure smooth daily operations and effective communication.

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: $2,800 – $3,500 (commensurate with qualifications and experience)
Night Shift Allowance: $9 (for shifts ending after 11:00 PM)

Working Hours

• 5-day / 6-day rotating roster (5 / 6 / 5 / 6)
• 8.75 hours per shift
• Earliest reporting time: 6:45 AM
• Latest standard shift ends around 11:00 PM
• Occasional maintenance work may extend until 3:00 AM – 4:00 AM
