Job description
What You’ll Do
  1. Plan and coordinate the maintenance of EV charging stations with the contractors.
  2. Carry out maintenance of EV chargers for certain EV charging station / battery charger swap station models.
  3. Attend to customers’ enquiries and coordinate with landlords before the commencement of maintenance work.
  4. Ensure records are filed properly and data are updated promptly in the system. Prepare and collate information for monthly reports.
  5. Perform backend monitoring of the EV charging stations network using the Charging Station Management System and carry out basic diagnostics of issues.
  6. Respond to and troubleshoot issues/interruptions related to EV charging station hardware/firmware.
  7. Liaise with internal teams (e.g. Engineering, Customer Operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  8. Maintain an inventory of tools, spare parts and maintenance equipment, ensuring availability for site work.
  9. Participate in process improvement initiatives and recommend enhancements (e.g. to maintenance procedures, reporting workflows, etc.).
  10. Assist in evaluating contractor performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  11. Perform standby duty during and after office hours for network incidents and special events.
  12. Any other duties and responsibilities related to the job scope.
What You’ll Need
  1. Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related discipline from any of the recognised Polytechnics in Singapore.
  2. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, able to interpret technical data and logs from charging systems.
  3. Good interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with contractors, customers, and internal teams.
  4. Able to work on odd timings upon activation, ad-hoc tasks beyond work scope and public holidays and weekends if necessary.
  5. Prefer candidate with own transportation for travelling to sites.
