Job summary

Job description

To carry out all preventive and breakdown maintenance for Air-Con, Mechanical, Electrical, ACMV and General Building Services

Able to carry out inspections, monitor system performance and supervision works when required

Troubleshoot breakdown, maintain accurate and up-to-date equipment history record

Be part of company implementation programs and initiatives, respond to emergency call for facilities breakdown

Assist in the transportation of documents, tools, equipment, and materials required for maintenance and repair works across different sites and estates.

Support in liaising with contractors, vendors, and suppliers during servicing, repair, or installation works, ensuring works are carried out to required standards.

Perform repair, handyman and other works (e.g., plumbing, carpentry, painting) when necessary to support building operations.

Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities, service reports, and vehicle logbooks.

Assist in monitoring inventory of spare parts and consumables, and provide feedback to supervisors on replenishment needs.

Provide logistical support for company projects, meetings, and events, including the movement of goods and setup of equipment when required.

Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health (WSH) standards and company safety policies during all site activities and driving duties.

Other job-related and ad hoc duties as assigned by immediate supervisor

Requirements:

Diploma /Nitech/Higher Nitch in Building, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent

Must have at least 1 year of working experience in handling commercial buildings

Able to work under minimal supervision, perform under pressure, pro-active

Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn, good team worker

Establish good rapport with the client, tenants and occupiers

Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period

with class 3 driving license
