Job description

Responsibilities

1. Assist to perform corrective and preventive maintenance, with a focus on providing high levels of service and response times.
2. Assist to provide technical services to the maintenance and troubleshooting of the different security, mechanical and electrical systems as the company’s product, such as CCTV, card access control systems, and cable pathway systems (Conduit, Cable tray and Rack).
3. Attend and carry out fault finding and diagnosis of systems breakdowns, both on a mechanical and electrical basis, with a focus on providing high levels of service and response times.
4. Follow preventive and corrective maintenance work schedules to specified standards and procedures and maintain all relevant written records as applicable.
5. Perform outdoor operational and maintenance activities.
6. Attend to any operational and maintenance issues.
7. Maintain records of breakdowns and repairs in compliance with ISO standards.
8. Assist in project-related activities that include deployment, installation, and testing.
9. Be available for on‑call and stand‑by duty procedures and other responsibilities required.
10. Follow all company business operations and SOP at all times.
11. Participate actively in health, safety, and environment programs and activities to achieve the company’s KPIs, ISO 14001 objectives, and targets. Proactively rectify any abnormalities, unsafe acts, or unsafe situations and report to the supervisor accordingly.
12. Maintain a high standard of housekeeping at all times.
13. Perform other operational and maintenance duties as assigned by the supervisor.
