Job Description/ Requirement

• Lead, Train, and Manage a team of Technical Professionals - (Project & Systems Engineers).
• Project Management, System Commissioning, Technical Support, and Pre-Sales to satisfy customer’s requirement and achieve company’s objectives.
• Participate in tender bidding to secure new projects.
• Evaluate New Products/System/Equipment Model to assess its suitability and service packages for promotion to customers.
• Monitor performance of sub-contractors and control procedure stipulated in ISO9002 procedure.
• Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and provide feedback to team members to enhance their performance and career development.
• Ensure systems and processes comply with workplace safety and health regulatory requirements.
• Ensure that customer quality specifications are constantly met.
