Job description

Responsibilities

Responsible for overseeing FM matters, projects, manpower deployment, KPIs, SLAs, and more.

Manage all M&E systems within the building, supported by a team of six technicians.

Ensuring smooth daily operations and maintenance

Addressing complaints and breakdowns when escalated

Obtaining and raising quotations for client approval

Coordinating with vendors for preventive and corrective maintenance

Attending client meetings regarding building maintenance and improvement projects, and submitting monthly reports to the Senior Manager.

In the absence of the Site Manager, stepping in to handle user complaints and ensure service continuity.

Requirements

1. Degree in Facility Management, Building, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience at the managerial position in a similar capacity
3. Experience in property management or facility management in shopping mall or commercial environment will be an added advantage
