About the job Technical Manager (CEC) - IT Project
Position based in Singapore. Only Singaporean candidates eligible.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
- Single Point of Contact for all CEC related technical and operational requirements
- Maintain and manage all IT systems delivered in CEC along with required documentation
- Co-ordinate with all the OEMs, partners and Vodafone operation teams as appropriate
- Perform live demonstration of products built into CEC along with CEC Host and sales specialist/solution architects
- Single Point of Contact for deployment of new products or feature enhancements to existing products
- Remote access support for Hong Kong CEC
Core competencies, knowledge and experience
- Hands on experience in Microsoft technologies including and not limited to Active Directory, Exchange, Lync, SharePoint and TMG.
- Hands on Experience in VMWARE vCLOUD Suite of products
- Hands on Experience in managing LAN, WLAN, WAN, Optimisation (Riverbed Steelhead) and Firewall services (ASA & F5).
- Management of EMC products is preferred, VPLEX, VNX, RECOVERY POINT.
- Backup Solutions based on AVAMAR & DD Appliance
- Mobile Iron MDM Solution.
- Office 365.
- AWS Cloud
- Good communication, Presentation and documentation skills.
Key performance indicators
- EOL/EOS of Eqpt., Maintenance of support contracts with OEMs and third-party suppliers.
