1. Technical Leadership
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions aligned with company goals.

Ensure adherence to best practices, industry standards, and authorities' guidelines.
2. Project & Resource Management
Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Coordinate cross‑functional teams and operations.
Track project progress, manage risks, and communicate updates to management and stakeholders.
Oversee vendor and third‑party service provider relationships where applicable.
3. Strategy & Innovation
Collaborate with leadership to define technical strategies that support business objectives.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends; assess their applicability to the business.
Drive innovation initiatives, process improvements, and continuous integration/deployment practices.
4. Quality Assurance & Compliance
Establish and monitor quality control processes to ensure high system reliability and maintainability.
Ensure compliance with relevant law and industry regulations.
Oversee system security, data integrity, and disaster recovery planning.
5. Team Development & Performance
Conduct performance evaluations and set professional development goals for team members.
Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high‑performing team culture.
6. Stakeholder Communication
Act as a bridge between technical teams and non‑technical stakeholders.
Translate complex technical concepts into business‑relevant insights.
