Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Higher Degree in E&E Engineering, Security Technology, Computer Science, Information Technologies, or Info-Communications
• 5-8 Years of experience in a similar industry

Job Description:

• Lead, train, and manage a team of technical professionals, including project and systems engineers
• Manage projects, system commissioning, provide technical support, and handle pre-sales activities to meet customer requirements and company objectives
• Participate in tender bidding to secure new projects
• Evaluate new products, systems, or equipment models to assess their suitability and develop service packages for customer promotion
• Monitor the performance of sub-contractors and control procedures in accordance with ISO9002 standards
• Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and provide feedback to team members to enhance performance and support career development
• Ensure systems and processes comply with workplace safety and health regulations
• Ensure customer quality specifications are consistently met
