Job summary

APAR TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. seeks an accomplished Architect to design GenAI and Agentic AI solutions, leading cross-functional teams across cloud platforms and data ecosystems.

You will drive end-to-end architecture, POC delivery, and governance, partnering with clients on roadmaps and technical outcomes, while mentoring engineers and ensuring security and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Relevant cloud/AI/architecture certifications are preferred, including AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and TOGAF

Responsibilities

• Design GenAI and Agentic AI solutions using RAG, AI agents and related technologies.
• Lead end-to-end solution architecture across application, data, integration, security and cloud.
• Lead POCs and technical implementations.
• Work with AWS, Azure and GCP cloud platforms.
• Design data flows, APIs, event-driven solutions and vector search.
• Establish LLMOps, monitoring, evaluation and AI governance practices.
• Ensure security, privacy and compliance are built into solutions.
• Lead technical reviews and guide engineering teams.
• Work with clients and stakeholders on requirements, roadmaps and technical solutions.
• Manage client expectations and multiple projects/opportunities.
• Mentor and guide technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design GenAI and Agentic AI solutions using RAG, AI agents and related technologies.
• Lead end-to-end solution architecture across application, data, integration, security and cloud.
• Lead POCs and technical implementations.
• Work with AWS, Azure and GCP cloud platforms.
• Design data flows, APIs, event-driven solutions and vector search.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise application, data platform or solution architecture.
• 2+ years of experience designing production-grade GenAI solutions.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS, Azure and GCP.
• Experience with GenAI, Agentic AI and RAG.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain/LangGraph, DSPy, OpenAI/Anthropic or Databricks Agents.
• Experience with LLMOps, MLflow/OpenTelemetry and AI CI/CD.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Strong knowledge of data platforms such as Delta Lake, Iceberg or Hudi.
• Experience with Kafka, Kinesis or Pub/Sub.
• Experience with vector databases/search such as pgvector, Pinecone, Milvus or Databricks Vector Search.
• Strong API knowledge including REST, gRPC and GraphQL.
• Knowledge of cloud security, IAM/OIDC, OAuth2, JWT, mTLS and secrets management.
• Good understanding of mobile and web applications.
• Strong communication, client management and leadership skills.
