Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd seeks a Technical Lead to spearhead modernization and delivery of applications built on PowerBuilder and Sybase. You will bridge clients and offshore centers, translating complex requirements into robust technical solutions.

Lead technical assessments, design migration solutions, supervise SDLC, and ensure delivery quality. Cloud and DevOps experience across AWS/Azure/GCP is a plus, with strong T-SQL and enterprise app development background.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience with databases and back-end development.
• PowerBuilder (12.x–2022) experience required.
• Hands-on with Sybase and MSSQL for schema, query & server.
• Strong T-SQL to read and rewrite long, complex stored procedures.
• Experience with Java or PowerBuilder application development.
• Cloud & DevOps: familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP and deploying in cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of client-server architecture and legacy modernization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical liaison between the customer and offshore delivery team.
• Assess existing Sybase/PowerBuilder apps and design migration solutions.
• Oversee SDLC, conduct code reviews, and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Manage deployment cycles and provide cloud infrastructure support.
