Job summary

ActAI is seeking a Technical Lead, Machine Learning to own the execution layer of our intelligence and turn research into reliable production systems. You will work across the model lifecycle—data, training, evaluation, inference and deployment—in a hands-on leadership role.

You will build scalable ML pipelines, design high-performance inference, and partner with research and application engineering to translate model capabilities into product improvements, delivering robust, measurable ML

Qualifications

• Experience building and shipping ML systems in production.
• Strong knowledge of large-model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and inference.
• Strong software engineering and systems fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ML systems from data to deployment.
• Build and evolve training and fine-tuning pipelines.
• Design evaluation systems for capability and safety.
• Architect high-performance inference systems optimizing latency and cost.
