We are looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Lead to join our team. In this role, you will guide a team of IT specialists, system administrators, and network engineers in delivering managed endpoint services, SaaS applications, and infrastructure solutions. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of IT projects, maintaining service excellence, and driving client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technical strategies for managed services, including endpoints, SaaS applications, and IT infrastructure.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a technical team to ensure high‑quality service delivery and continuous professional growth.
- Design, implement, and oversee technical solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for resolving complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with third‑party vendors to integrate innovative technologies into service offerings.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive automation initiatives to enhance efficiency.
- Manage technical projects, ensuring timely delivery, scope adherence, and quality standards.
- Maintain up‑to‑date technical documentation, standards, and best practices.
- Oversee IT infrastructure and security measures, ensuring reliability, compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients, proactively addressing their needs and exceeding expectations.
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical leadership, preferably in managed services or IT infrastructure.
- Proven track record in leading technical teams and managing end‑to‑end service delivery.
- Hands‑on experience designing and implementing solutions for endpoints, cloud services, and IT infrastructure.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with experience handling complex technical escalations.
Technical Skills
- Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, and infrastructure management.
- Proficiency with endpoint management tools and software deployment solutions.
- Experience with automation, process optimization, and workflow improvement tools.
