We are looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Lead to join our team. In this role, you will guide a team of IT specialists, system administrators, and network engineers in delivering managed endpoint services, SaaS applications, and infrastructure solutions. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of IT projects, maintaining service excellence, and driving client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute technical strategies for managed services, including endpoints, SaaS applications, and IT infrastructure.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a technical team to ensure high‑quality service delivery and continuous professional growth.
  • Design, implement, and oversee technical solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for resolving complex technical issues.
  • Collaborate with third‑party vendors to integrate innovative technologies into service offerings.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive automation initiatives to enhance efficiency.
  • Manage technical projects, ensuring timely delivery, scope adherence, and quality standards.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date technical documentation, standards, and best practices.
  • Oversee IT infrastructure and security measures, ensuring reliability, compliance, and risk mitigation.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients, proactively addressing their needs and exceeding expectations.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical leadership, preferably in managed services or IT infrastructure.
