Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for Tech Lead position : Please refer :

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end technical design and delivery of Corporate Banking systems and applications.
  • Work closely with business users, product owners, and project managers to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Architect, design, and develop enterprise-grade applications using Java / J2EE frameworks and microservices on OpenShift container platform.
  • Manage code quality, performance tuning, and ensure adherence to best practices and security standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure for CI / CD, deployment, and production support.
  • Oversee technical documentation, system design, and configuration management.
  • Mentor developers and ensure continuous technical improvement within the team.
  • Support integration with banking systems such as Payments, Liquidity, Trade, and Treasury modules.
  • Communicate effectively with both English and Mandarin speaking stakeholders, including regional teams and vendors.
Technical Skills Required
  • Programming : Strong proficiency in Java / J2EE, Spring Framework, RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture.
  • Platform : Experience with Red Hat OpenShift (containerization, deployment, scaling, and monitoring).
  • Database : Proficiency in MySQL (schema design, query optimization, stored procedures).
  • DevOps Tools : CI / CD pipeline tools such as Jenkins, Git, Maven, or similar.
  • Cloud / Container Technologies : Docker, Kubernetes (added advantage).
  • System Integration : SOAP / REST APIs, MQ, and event-driven integration patterns.
  • Security : Familiarity with OAuth2, JWT, SSL, and application security standards.
  • Performance Tuning : Experience in optimizing backend systems for scalability and low latency.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (verbal and written) to work with regional stakeholders and vendors.
