A leading global facilities management firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced individual to assist the Facilities Manager with daily operations. Responsibilities include supervising contractors, negotiating repairs, and preparing reports. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Facilities Management, has at least 3 years of experience, and possesses an FSM Certificate. The company emphasizes career development and a diverse work environment.
Assist the Facilities Manager in the daily operations.
Supervise, plan and organise the contractors in carrying out planned and ad-hoc maintenance and their work routine check and preventive maintenance strategies.
Source, negotiate and follow up with Contractors on repair and replacement work to ensure work done according to specifications.
Preparation of monthly and incident report pertaining to the site.
About You:
Diploma in Facilities Management or relevant specializations
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Facility Management
Possess FSM Certificate.
