Job summary

A facilities management company in Singapore is looking for a professional to oversee day-to-day site operations, supervise management activities, and prepare necessary reports. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in engineering or facilities management and 1 to 2 years of experience. This role is exclusively for Singapore citizens due to security clearance requirements, with a preference for candidates holding a Class 3 license.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in engineering / facilities management.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Class 3 license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day operation of the Site and reporting to FM.
• Supervise all the facilities’ management and operational activities.
• Prepare quotations, conduct evaluations for all services.

• Prepare all site required reports
• Escort contractors to carry out work
• Standby for events if required

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in engineering / facilities management
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
• Well-versed in Microsoft office
• Class 3 license preferred
• NEN 2767 certified preferred
• Due to security clearance, only Singapore citizens can be considered for this role
