About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Engineer to support our metro railway power system projects in Singapore.

This role focuses on design coordination, drawing review, interface management, and supporting the project team in ensuring all technical submissions, design documents, and engineering deliverables meet project requirements.

The ideal candidate should have prior MRT / LTA / railway project experience, strong understanding of electrical or power distribution systems, and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced engineering environment.

No drafting required, ability to read and interpret drawings is sufficient.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate technical and design matters for metro railway power system projects.
  • Review drawings, schematics, technical submissions, and design documentation.
  • Liaise with consultants, clients, and authorities on design-related issues.
  • Coordinate interfaces between contractors and ensure design alignment across systems.
  • Track and manage design revisions, approvals, and engineering documentation.
  • Support testing & commissioning activities for electrical and power systems.
  • Provide technical clarification and problem‑solving support to project teams.
  • Prepare technical reports, meeting minutes, and design coordination records.
  • Ensure all engineering works comply with safety standards, regulations, and project specifications.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in metro, railway, LTA, or large‑scale electrical engineering projects (required).
  • Strong knowledge of power distribution or traction power systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documents.
  • Experience in design coordination or interface management is an advantage.
  • AutoCAD skill is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Independent, responsible, and able to work in a fast‑paced project environment.
  • Singaporean / WP / EP are welcome.
