Job summary

SECOND TALENT SG PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Civil/Structural Engineer to handle technical queries from clients and consultants, support production and sales on submissions, proposals and quotations, and conduct on-site training and periodic inspections.

You will work with production and engineering teams to standardize solutions, research design solutions using structural calculations and codes, and manage client orders with a proactive, detailed, service-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Revit.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Proactive and service-oriented approach to client handling.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates welcome to apply.

What You'll Do

• Handle technical queries from clients and consultants
• Support production and sales teams (pre- and post-sales) on product submissions, proposals, and quotations — including plans, specifications, and price estimates
• Conduct on-site product installation training and periodic site inspections
• Process and manage client orders
• Research and support value-added design solutions using structural engineering calculations and design codes to meet client requirements
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to standardize solutions and support future product development

Core Key Skills

• Degree/Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD / AutoCAD Revit
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with English- and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
• Proactive, service-oriented approach to client handling
• Self-motivated, responsible, with a careful and detail-oriented work attitude
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates welcome to apply)
