Responsibilities
- Communicating and handling clients at sites on system installation, breakdown and technical enquiries from clients
- Troubleshooting for faculty systems
- Coordination and supervision - Coordinate, manage and monitor the work flow among interdepartmental teams
- Plan the use of human resources. Delegate tasks and accountabilities. Establish work schedules. Supervise staff
- Monitor and evaluate performance
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff
