Job summary

Optimum Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned technology delivery leader in Singapore to drive end-to-end software projects. The role focuses on strong Python, Django and RESTful API expertise, guiding architecture and development, and managing cross-functional teams across planning, development, testing, deployment and production support.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience with extensive experience in technical delivery, software development and project management.
• Strong hands-on experience in Python, Django and RESTful APIs, with the ability to understand and guide application architecture and development.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects, including planning, requirements, development, testing, deployment and production support.
• Manage cross-functional technical teams, stakeholders and vendors, ensuring timely delivery, quality and adherence to project objectives.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, API integration, application architecture and troubleshooting.
• Prior experience in the Banking, Financial Services or Insurance (BFSI) domain is preferred, with good understanding of enterprise technology environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects from planning to production support.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely, quality delivery.
• Guide architecture decisions and implementation of Python/Django RESTful APIs.
