Job summary

CHINA CONSTRUCTION REALTY CO. PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Site Technical Lead to manage the design and construction interface across BIM, C&S, M&E and architecture teams.

You will ensure design programmes, coordinate with Consultants and Clients, and chair regular technique team meetings to monitor progress, resolve issues, and deliver compliant, buildable solutions on large-scale civil and infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in civil/structural engineering or related field with PE board recognition in Singapore.
• Strong leadership and ability to drive design coordination across disciplines.
• Experience delivering RC and archi drawings in large projects is essential.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the site technique team (BIM, C&S, M&E, Archi) to deliver the outcome timely and with good quality.
• Coordinate design related matters with Consultants and Clients; resolve technical issues.
• Prepare and submit shop drawings (RC and Archi) and manage submittals in order.
• Arrange and chair regular technique team meetings for progress monitoring.
• Ensure optimized design solutions meet standards, regulations, contracts and buildability.
• Ensure construction team understands latest drawings and requirements.
