Job summary

An international architectural firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Draftsperson to create detailed architectural drawings, prepare regulatory submission documents, and collaborate with project teams. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in drafting, strong knowledge of local regulations, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Applications are invited before 21 November 2025.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in architectural drafting, preferably within an international firm.
• Proven expertise with Singapore building codes, BCA procedures, and authority submission requirements.
• Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant drawing tools.

• Produce detailed architectural drawings and visualizations based on project designs.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of professional drafting experience, expert knowledge of local building regulations, and a strong record in preparing submission documents for authority approval.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed architectural drawings and visualizations based on project designs using AutoCAD, BIM, and other design software.
• Prepare and coordinate submission documents in accordance with Singapore’s regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and timely approvals.
• Translate conceptual designs into buildable plans and collaborate with architects, consultants, and engineers throughout the project cycle.
• Revise drawings and details in response to feedback from project managers and regulatory authorities.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to clarify specifications and resolve technical issues related to submissions.
