Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced API Analyst. This role is a 1-year contract with conversion to permanent based on performance. Responsibilities include collaborating with teams on API projects, troubleshooting issues, and assisting in documentation. Qualifications

• Min 1-3 years’ experience as an API Analyst or similar role.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
• Experience in international transportation/logistics is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Up to $5500 + completion bonus + VB

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define the scope of API projects.
• Troubleshoot API related issues reported by end-users, providing timely and efficient support.
• Assist development and delivery of comprehensive API documentation, including usage guidelines and best practices.
• Assist development teams with testing API related processes and develop high level summaries of results.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members, ensuring their understanding of API functionalities.

Period:

• 1 year contract then convert to perm (based on performance)

Location:

• Far east square

Working Hours:

• Mon – Fri; 9am – 6pm
• Up to $5500 + completion bonus + VB

Requirements:

• Min 1-3 years’ Experience as an API Analyst or similar role.
• Experience with industry-standard API tools such as (postman, swaggerhub)
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
• International transportation/logistics and/or other supply chain related domain experience (nice to have, but not required)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Desire for continuous learning
