Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and technically competent individual to join our team as Technical and Project Support Executive. This role is responsible for managing project site matters related to our products and ensuring our products are tested in compliance with relevant standards. The ideal candidate will play a key role in resolving on-site product issues, supporting installation and testing activities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate testing of products to ensure compliance with Singapore Standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct on-site and off-site installation and technical training.
  • Provide timely support and resolution for product-related issues on project sites and at test laboratories.
  • Manage product matters at project sites, including installation concerns and performance verification.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of servicing, warranty claims, and project updates for internal reporting.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in project site management and/or technical support related.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a resourceful and hands-on approach.
  • Possess a mindset of continuous improvement, with a focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Possess own a vehicle (motorcar or motorcycle) preferred but not essential.
  • A team player who thrives in a multinational work environment.
Salary
  • Salary Range: SGD2,500 – SGD3,500 per month
  • Annual Bonus: subject to performance of company and employee.
