Job summary

Everllence SE is seeking a proactive project professional to manage after-sales agreements across marine and power plant projects. You will coordinate O&M, LTSA, OSR, and other service contracts, ensuring all milestones, deliverables, and contractual scopes are met.

You will work with customers, suppliers, and service centers worldwide to deliver parts and services on time, monitor costs and risks, and provide technical guidance throughout project execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of after-sales agreements, including O&M, LTSA, OSR, and other service agreements within the marine and power plant industries
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the contractual scope, requirements, milestones, and deliverables
• Plan and coordinate the timely delivery of parts and services in accordance with contractual requirements
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, internal stakeholders, and service centers worldwide to ensure efficient and cost-effective project execution
• Monitor project progress, costs, risks, and deadlines, and take action to address deviations
• Maintain regular communication with customers and coordinate the resolution of technical and operational issues
• Provide technical advice and coordinate technical support throughout project execution
• Manage project-related claims, contract variations, and changes in scope
• Prepare quotations, invoices, project reports, and other required documentation
• Identify customer needs outside the contract scope and coordinate additional service opportunities with Sales
• Ensure proper project documentation, reporting, and close-out
• Contribute to improving project execution processes, including process mapping, optimization, and maintaining guidelines
