The candidate will coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure efficient, high-quality jointing work and adherence to approved procedures and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and verify jointing material quality and quantities for project requirements.
• Maintain and ensure jointing tools, equipment and facilities are in good working condition.
• Conduct and supervise toolbox meetings to promote safe work practices.
• Supervise jointing activities to meet approved instructions, procedures, and quality standards.
• Ensure all jointing records, reports, and data are accurately documented and maintained.
• Keep the joint bay clean, safe, and organized.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve jointing non-conformities and quality issues.
• Support and implement safety measures and safe work practices for jointing activities.
• Lead development and delivery of technical training and knowledge-sharing programs for cable jointing personnel.
• Coach and assess employees to ensure safety, quality, compliance, and technical excellence in jointing and termination activities.
• Ensure jointing work meets project schedule under normal operating conditions.
