Job summary

A global tier 1 Reinsurance firm in Singapore is looking for a candidate to manage treaty technical conditions, handle account reconciliations, and support management queries. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Input treaty technical conditions and manage the new & renewal process.
• Key and check quarterly SOA including completion of accounts and reserves.
• Reconcile settlement statements and initiate settlement/remittance.

Job Description

• Input of treaty technical conditions, managing the new & renewal process on timely basis
• Keying and checking of quarterly SOA, including completion of accounts, reserves, and various calculations
• Ensuring MNDPs are booked and follow up on premium adjustment at year end
• Reconciliation of settlement statement and initiate settlement/remittance with cedants and brokers
• Monitor and maintain essential treaty information, revision of Original EGPIs and L/Rs after informing underwriters and obtaining their confirmation
• Provide support to management in handling queries from auditors, senior management and others
• Assist in ad-hoc project or ICS related matters when requested

The Successful Applicant

• Experience in the insurance or reinsurance industry will be advantageous
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• The ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
