Responsibilities:
  • Analyse market trends and technology benchmarking to identify opportunities for business development.
  • Build, foster and maintain collaborative relationships with manufacturing companies, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (i.e. Technical, PMO, SI, Technology Providers, end Users) to ensure seamless communication and alignment of business objectives and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Tech and PMO and companies to secure innovation projects to deploy AI solution to local companies.
  • Adopt business process, prepare and present regular reports on key performance indicators and engagement progress for senior management.
  • Prompt and accurate updating of CRM software for business analytics.
  • Lead, support and facilitate AIMfg events and visits.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, or engineering-related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in B2B business development and enterprise account management.
  • Experience as a Business Accounts Officer/Manager or similar role in collaborative business environment would be a plus.
  • Experience in the manufacturing & AI solutioning with industry would be a bonus.
  • Ability to develop and facilitate R&D translation and commercialisation plans for industry deployment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to drive business initiatives and overcome challenges.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently as needed.
