Job summary

IoTalents Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Technology Risk Management professional to support risk reviews, risk assessments, and control effectiveness across technology platforms. You will identify risks, gaps, and remediation opportunities while maintaining risk registers and dashboards.

The role requires coordinating with governance, IT, and security teams to monitor KRIs, conduct root cause analyses, and drive remediation actions in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CS/IT/Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Risk Management or related discipline.
• Professional certification in technology risk, IT governance, cybersecurity, audit, or related domains is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support technology risk reviews, risk assessments, and control effectiveness assessments across technology platforms.
• Identify and analyse technology risks, emerging risks, control gaps, and remediation areas.
• Maintain and track remediation actions from incidents, audits, risk assessments, and regulatory reviews.
• Support RCSA activities and maintenance of technology risk registers.
• Monitor KRIs, perform trend analysis, and prepare management reporting.
• Conduct thematic reviews and root cause analysis of control deficiencies.
• Prepare risk dashboards, metrics, and management reports.
• Support review of technology changes and related risk controls.
• Analyse change failures, unauthorised changes, and change-related incidents.
• Track change governance metrics and report trends.
• Support improvement initiatives for change and release management.
• Assist cybersecurity governance activities and track security risk remediation actions.
