Job summary

EY Singapore is seeking an Associate in the Technology Assurance team to help global clients identify and manage technology risks across financial institutions, government, and fintech sectors. You will participate in multi-client engagements and support IT control and security assessments.

The role emphasizes data analytics, collaboration with cross‑functional teams, and clear communication with executives.

Qualifications

Degree in Accountancy, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics or other relevant discipline.
Willingness to travel on overseas assignment as the need arises.
Project management skills.
Strong written and verbal communications skills and presentation skills.
Leadership, teamwork and client service skills.
Demonstrated integrity within a professional environment.
Knowledge or interest in the field of information security, in line with internationally accepted standards and frameworks (e.g. COBIT, ITIL, ISO 2700x, CSA, SOX, GDPR and etc.).
Knowledge or interest in data analytics tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, Python, R or Tableau.

Responsibilities

Participate in multiple client engagement teams and other related activities.
Serve as a fieldwork team member to assist clients in employing proper information systems, resources, and controls to maximise efficiencies and minimise risk.
Work with client personnel to analyse, evaluate, and enhance information systems facilitating the business internal control process.
Leverage data and analytics tools to deliver high‑quality audits by devising analytics plans and analysing large data volumes.
