About the job

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to drive our quality assurance strategy and ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of reliability and performance. As QA Lead, you will manage the QA process, lead a team of QA engineers, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the QA team, including mentorship, task allocation, and performance management.
  • Define and implement QA processes, standards, and best practices for manual and automated testing.
  • Develop and maintain test strategies, test cases, and automation scripts to ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Oversee functional, regression, integration, performance, cross-browser, and usability testing.
  • Drive continuous improvement in QA tools, frameworks, and methodologies for efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Developers, and Business Analysts to identify risks and ensure timely resolution.
  • Analyze test results, track defects, and provide detailed quality reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet timelines, client expectations, and quality benchmarks.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in QA automation, CMS testing, and digital experience QA.
Requirements and Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in quality assurance, including 3+ years in a lead role.
  • Strong expertise in QA methodologies, test automation frameworks, and defect tracking tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JIRA).
  • Familiarity with front-end, back-end, and full-stack validation to ensure end-to-end quality of digital solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments is preferred.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), CMS testing, content authoring workflows, front-end validation, SEO, and accessibility testing will be an added advantage.
