Infrastructure support & End user computing support

Responsibilities
  • VIP Support
  • Onsite support when required
  • Governance of administrator, user accounts & access control
  • Infrastructure Support: Microsoft Azure, M365, TrendMicro, Druva, HPE servers, VMWare, Cisco Router & Switches, Firewall
  • Creation of new OS image with MDT, with bi-monthly maintenance
  • Bi-monthly applications/software version maintenance if required
  • Managing of vendors for security & policy deviation
  • Monthly servers patching & maintenance
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
  • Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Willingness to build professional relationships with staff and clients.
  • Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills
  • 2-3 years relevant experience.
