Job summary

DBS Bank is seeking a Tech Lead for the Data Platform team to own GenAI architecture and cloud data infrastructure on Google Cloud. You will blend hands-on AI engineering with cloud design, security, and risk governance, providing senior technical leadership across the data engineering estate.

You will drive secure, cost-efficient GenAI services, design scalable orchestration patterns, and mentor engineers while aligning with bank policy and governance requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in AI/ML, Data Science or closely related discipline.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, delivery and operation of enterprise GenAI services on Google Cloud.
• Design agent and orchestration patterns for LLM-based applications with bank policy compliance.
• Establish secure execution patterns for tool-enabled AI workflows within enterprise boundaries.
• Assess third-party AI products for deployment in controlled environments.
• Own identity, access and role-based control models for AI workloads and data access.
• Forecast LLM consumption and inform capacity and pricing model selection.
• Lead cloud capacity planning and drive elimination of cloud waste.
• Mentor engineers and set engineering standards for AI and data workloads.
• Represent platform in discussions with Information Security and cloud governance.
