Team Sales Manager (Joo Chiat/B2B Sales/Up to $5000 Basic + Commission)

Our client, a well-established company in the electronic components trading industry, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Sales Manager to assist the Sales Director in coaching the sales team and driving business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Sales Director in managing and coaching the sales team to achieve performance targets.

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to generate new leads and manage assigned customer accounts to meet sales goals.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between sales channels, customers, and internal departments.

  • Creatively and independently resolve issues to meet sales and customer satisfaction goals.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales strategies to inform business decisions.

  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.

  • Travel locally and internationally to build relationships and close key deals, as needed.

  • Negotiate contract terms and manage communications with clients and relevant stakeholders.

  • Collect and analyze customer and competitor data to drive strategic decision-making.

  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to prospective clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Implement and improve processes and policies to support the sales function and broader business objectives.

  • Identify and add qualified prospects to the sales pipeline; track progress and outcomes.

  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to expand market presence and revenue streams.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support sales and effective team management.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
