A global hearing aid company is seeking a dynamic Team Manager in Singapore to lead a team of test engineers, overseeing recruitment and performance management. This role requires a proven leader with experience in system testing and a strong technical background. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement in testing processes.

We are looking for a dynamic Team Manager to lead recruitment, resource planning, target setting, and performance management within the system and solution test domains. You will align scope, capacity, and work packages with SSIT and system test management while driving team development. The role promotes continuous improvement by analyzing test results and feedback to enhance processes and product quality.
