Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking an experienced leader in wealth management to mentor Relationship Managers, deepen product knowledge, and strengthen client management capabilities across the private banking segment.

You will drive business development, lead strategic initiatives for client acquisition and portfolio growth, and deliver regular performance updates to senior management while building high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in wealth management or private banking in client-facing roles.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills capable of motivating teams.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities for client and stakeholder relationships.
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial products, investments, wealth solutions, and risk tools.
