Overview

• Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics/ Manufacturing & Production
• Position Title: Team Leader (Warehouse Operations)
• Working Location: Jurong Island (Company transportation provided)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.00am – 5.45pm); Ad hoc Night Shift (8.00pm – 8.00am) (Only when needed)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $2,200 + Allowances + OT + Incentive + AWS + PB
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to team members based on priorities and deadlines.
• Work with shift teams to plan container deliveries and delegate tasks to operations assistants.
• Inform the Assistant Supervisor/Supervisor promptly about container delays or operational issues.
• Coordinate and collaborate within the team and with other departments.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members on warehouse processes and safety.

Qualifications
