Role responsibilities

As the Team Leader Lifeguard, we rely on you to:

• Manages Lifeguard operations experiences
• To assist in maximising the performance of Lifeguard facilities
• Provide a pleasant, safe and fun experience for all guests
• Set and maintain service standards
• Ensuring maximum protection is given to the guest
• Handle all incidents in a professional and timely manner
• Prepare and maintain appropriate incident reports
• Train and mentor staff whenever appropriate

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Possses relevant Lifeguard certification
• Experiences in outdoor /beach environment in life savings
• Posses supervisory skills in managing lifeguard
• Willing to work shifts
