Job description

As the Team Leader for Guest Experience, you will be the driving force behind the success of our Singapore operations. You'll lead a team of Guest Experience Specialists and IT Support Locker Maintenance, ensuring smooth daily operations, exceptional guest service, and compliance with all policies and procedures. You'll also be the go-to escalation point for operational issues and play a key role in training, rostering and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Motivate: Manage the Singapore VLocker team, fostering a positive productive work environment.

Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth locker operations, including rostering, scheduling, maintenance and issue resolution.

Staff Development: Train team members in customer service and technical skills, develop a capable 2IC for coverage.

Performance Management: Address staff issues through coaching, and disciplinary actions. Enforce uniform and conduct standards.

Inventory and Maintenance: Oversee stock levels, spare parts, and timely locker repairs using VLocker systems.

Cash Handling and Finance: Ensure secure payment processing, manage reimbursements, and enforce financial policies.

Payroll and Reporting: Keep payroll within budget, approve timesheets on time, and submit regular operational reports.

Collaboration: Work closely with RWS Guest Services and internal teams to ensure seamless guest experience.

System Proficiency: Use mobile apps, rostering tools, and Microsoft office to manage operations effectively.

Tech‑savvy with mobile apps, Microsoft Office, and Windows application.

Ability to manage rosters, budgets, and performance metrics.

Hands‑on approach and willingness to lead by example.
