Team Lead - Human Resource | Shared Services | Aviation

Job Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the shared services team comprising of People Operations, People Development, and Payroll Operations, and oversee overall daily tasks to ensure efficiency and quality service deliverables while being accountable for the daily HR operations.
- Ensure team adherence to operational procedures, policies, standards and deliverables requirements, including regular supervisory audit checks on team compliance and performance.
- Coordinate team onboarding and off‑boarding with stakeholders, ensuring timely clearances, overseeing knowledge‑transfer training/orientation programmes, and handover‑takeover activities with Senior HR Executive.
- Bridge the team with internal/external stakeholders to support deliverables within set SLAs and KPIs, attending weekly/monthly high‑level meetings, preparing monthly reports, quarterly performance measurements, and conducting quarterly operations team performance audits as required.
- Provide operational support for team members and foster a positive, motivating environment that reflects the organization’s values, organising weekly/monthly team meetings, developing and monitoring functional competencies for training and development, monitoring and providing real‑time coaching, gathering ground‑up feedback, analysing stakeholder issues and delivering solutions.
- Analyse statistical data, trackers and reports to identify operational issues, find process improvement opportunities, develop recommendations with team members and stakeholders, propose new Standard Operating Procedures and ensure they remain up‑to‑date.
- Manage and plan team manpower to meet operational needs and provide timely updates to P‑Serv on short‑/long‑term resource requirements, administer relevant P‑Serv administration requirements, execute co‑coverage plans, and provide cross‑functional knowledge‑transfer training and development for existing and future portfolios.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide operational workflow/requirements for new system launches or changes and participate in system enhancement activities such as User Acceptance Testing where required.
- Provide timely support and assist with any ad‑hoc duties as required, handling ad‑hoc activities when requested.
Job Requirements
- Minimum degree graduate with 3–4 years of HR administrative experience.
- Strong multitasking and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Prior experience leading a team.
- Ability to work with ambiguity and constant change.
- Independent thinker capable of quickly sorting information and developing appropriate solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Working Hours: Mondays – Thursdays, 8:30am – 6:00pm; Fridays, 8:30am – 5:30pm
