Project Planning & Workflow Management
Finalise the lead generation workflow, defining roles, responsibilities and timelines
Refine project dates and milestones, focusing on key performance periods
Continuously assess and improve lead generation processes based on feedback
Team Leadership & Development
Manage onboarding for new team members, ensuring access and training
Delegate tasks effectively to balance workload and enhance contributions
Monitor performance, provide feedback for improvement, and identify skill gaps to implement training opportunities
Data Management & Analysis
Oversee dashboard development and SalesForce configuration for effective lead generation data capture and analysis
Analyse data for trends, generate reports for stakeholders, and ensure accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations
Communication & Collaboration
Develop customized pitch materials and collaborate with departments for consistent messaging and compliance documentation
Keep stakeholders informed about project progress and challenges
Continuous Improvement & Strategic Alignment
Add post-course analysis to monitor user journey and identify improvements
Continuously iterate lead generation processes and align initiatives with organization goals
Experience in marketing and people management
Ability to motivate the team to achieve project goals, delegate tasks based on strengths
Possess effective communication with various stakeholders
Ability to prioritise tasks to meet milestones, manage time to ensure deadlines are met
Ability to analyse data for informed decision-making, creating insightful performance reports
Familiar with SalesForce CRM, AWS Connect and AI tools
Understand lead generation strategies and best practices, SME’s challenges and awareness of the workforce development landscape
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements, possess good problem-solving skills and having initiative for improvements
