A leading financial institution in Singapore is seeking a Team Head to manage and develop strategic banking relationships. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in client relationship management and a strong background in financial markets. This role will focus on enhancing service visibility and driving AUM and revenue growth for underbanked clients.

Qualifications

• 12 to 15 years of relevant working experience.
• Possess relevant licenses as stipulated by the regulators.
• Able to manage a diverse clientele base.

Job description

Responsible for managing the Team with focus on targeted segment (i.e. Key clients). BODs, Management Staff accounts and UHNW clients who have a Strategic and Significant Banking relationship with the bank but are currently underbanked and underserved.

Responsibilities

• Team Head Leadership and Management
• Client portfolio Management
• Strategic Planning and Business Development: Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to deliver high service and competencies levels to increase the level of “Visibility” of the private banking proposition.
• Targeted approach for AUM and Revenue growth

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree Holder
• 12 to 15 years of relevant working experience
• Possess / Pass the requisite licenses as stipulated by the regulators
• Strong client relationship management background
• Strong Market knowledge
• Good interpersonal skills
