You’ll be working within our proprietary 4-Pillar System (Body Composition, Cardiorespiratory Fitness, Stability, and Strength) to deliver evidence-based training that goes beyond aesthetics. We value trainers who are open to feedback, committed to improving their craft, and willing to support the growth of the people around them.

Qualifications

• Must be a certified personal trainer (ACE, NASM, ACSM, or equivalent).
• Willingness to work mornings/evenings, especially in initial year.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach clients through personalized program grounded in the Catalyst system.
• Educate and motivate clients on technique, injury prevention, and sustainable habits.
• Track progress with structured assessments and measurable outcomes.
• Foster a supportive and professional training environment.
