Job summary

A leading educational consulting firm in Singapore is looking for a Teacher/Tutor to deliver personalized lessons to students. The ideal candidate must have at least a Diploma or Degree and be capable of teaching one subject confidently. This role involves preparing students for exams and maintaining a supportive learning environment. No prior teaching experience is required, as training will be provided. The position offers a salary range of $2300 to $3800.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Able to teach at least one subject confidently: Math / Science / Chemistry / Biology / Economics.
• No prior teaching experience required – training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1 to 1 engaging lessons based on the centre’s syllabus and materials.
• Teach primary / secondary / JC students, adjusting level as needed.
• Provide feedback and progress updates to parents when needed.
• Help prepare students for school exams and major exams.
• Maintain a positive and disciplined environment.
• Assist with simple centre operations when required.

• Working days : 6 days (Off on Friday)
• Working hours (Mon - Thurs) : 1130am - 730pm
• Sat & Sun : 930 - 630pm
• Working Location: Serangoon
• Salary: $2300 to $3800

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver 1 to 1 engaging lessons based on the centre’s syllabus and materials.
• Teach primary / secondary / JC students (level can be adjusted based on your strength).
• Provide feedback and simple progress updates to parents when needed.
• Help prepare students for school exams and major exams.
• Maintain a positive, encouraging and disciplined environment.
• Assist with simple centre operations (e.g. admin, arranging materials) when required.

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Able to teach at least one subject confidently: Math / Science / Chemistry / Biology / Economics
• No prior teaching experience required –training will be provided
