The Schoolhouse by Busy Bees is seeking passionate educators to manage classrooms and deliver learning through an inquiry-embedded play approach integrated with music. You will plan, implement, and continually improve curriculum and care to support each child’s development.

Engage with families and staff, build partnerships, and contribute to a community-focused environment. Training and collaboration with programme specialists will support your teaching journey.

Formación

• At least a L2 Certificate in Early Childhood or Diploma In Early Childhood – Teaching.
• Strong communication skills - spoken and written English, or Chinese (for Chinese Curriculum Language Teachers).
• Strong interpersonal skills, work with all levels of staff, professionals, parents and families, and community partners from diverse nationalities and cultures.
• With or without teaching experience; but highly motivated, energetic and passionate about promoting children’s learning and development.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word.

Description

As one of our teachers, you will manage a class in teachingand routine care responsibilities. You will guide the class of children underyour care to

1. Plan and implement curriculum andprogrammes appropriate for the child’s development, including identifyingemerging trends to keep innovating. This includes developinginitiatives, practices and learning materials to enhance quality of learning environment

2. Build collaborative stakeholderrelationships and partnerships, amongst centre staff and families we serve.

3. Manage family and community programmesas we believe in contributing back to the community we are in

4. Conduct routine caregiving and alwayslooking for improvements to deliver better quality and service

5. Uplift professional practice inpromoting our vision, mission and values and innovating to deliver high qualityservice standards

Job Requirements
